They move...: You baby is moving around in there, so where the feet and hands are at any given moment will vary. You can usually tell where one of them is when you get kicked or punched :) By feeling around your belly, you can usually feel the back and buttocks pretty easily. Ask your doctor at your next visit to help you feel since they can tell you exactly what position the baby is in.
