Tamsulosin: Will cause retrograde ejaculation. You actually do ejaculate but the semen backs into your bladder instead of coming out.This is because it relaxes the smooth muscle in your prostate and your bladder neck.You did not define "frequently".Has your doctor tried to find a cause or refer you to a urologist for a urodynamic study?
