Impossible to tell: Weight determination by US is just an estimate and can't be considered reliable. It doesn't matter what he will weigh at 35 wks, the issue with premature births is not size - it is lung maturity and the ability to be able to adequately breathe on his own after birth. Your OB will consider you bp and the risks of delivering a premature baby and make delivery decisions based on what is safest
