Not likely: Usually if the back pain is caused by sex, there will be a very obvious association - for example, the back pain occurs only after sex (not any other time) and also occurs immediately after or during sex. If there is no obvious association, then the pain may be due to another condition such as early disc degeneration. See a physician if symptoms persist.
