STD and muscles: Most STDs cause a rash or discomfort. It is very unlikely that you would have muscle twitching and pain in your body from an STD. Some STDs cause no symptoms. If you think you are at risk for acquiring an STD, it is a good idea to be tested. Be sure you have no STDs before you risk infecting someone else.
