Needs diagnosis: There are several possibilities of which an arthropod bite is a common liklihood but it could also be allergic or eczema or dramatic blepharitis. See your ophthalmologist to sort this out.

Blepharitis: Try warm compresses, artificial tears, and ointment at night. If no improvement, see an eye doctor.
