2-3 per week: Most of the time hemorrhoids are treated based on how they limit your lifestyle. Some should be treated if they are a higher grade (they are graded 1-4), but it's usually based on your preference. If they are bleeding more than 2-3 times per week, I recommend seeing your family doctor to discuss your options based on your exam. Treatments can be diet modification, banding and surgery.
