Cream, pads: There are many over the counter treatments for hemorrhoids. You can try Tucks (witch hazel) pads and preparation H. Also cool compresses and warm water soaks may be helpful. If these are not relieving your pain then see a doctor for stronger prescription medications.

See your doctor: A General Surgeon could clip/cut off hemorrhoids and perform a colonoscope to look for other issues. Please see your doctor for a referral to a surgeon. Good luck
