Need more info: I'm assuming you're female, Sally. Lower abdominal pain going into the back associated with constipation and nausea can be related to pregnancy, ovaries, tubes, and uterus. Possibilities include a ruptured ovarian cyst irritating the inner lining of the belly and slowing the bowel; infections of these organs; diverticulities (infection of colon pockets). See your doctor if you're not better.
