Nothing to worry: You do not have cancer, normal cat scan. You do not have herniated disc and mild stenosis not significant .Why would you be still worry.Back pain can be muscular and you should take what your doctor has prescribed, physical therapy might help as well and message.

Upper backpain : It is unlikely to be cancer if you don't have cough or blood in the sputum and the ct + MRI are normal. Cervical stenosis may cause arthritis of the neck joints called facets which in turn lead to secondary muscular spasms and pain in the upper back and neck. Avoid chiropractic manipulations and see a pain specialist who is properly trained in cervical facet procedures.
