Random.: The floxin (ofloxacin) drugs have been shown to be toxic to cartilage in test tubes and thought maybe to be associated with higher tendon problems. But why would it go to a lip ?!? The clinical cases which were suspicious were places where there was another huge stress/injury like an achilles tendon that was already hurting.
