Blood pressure?: Do you mean your blood pressure? It naturally fluctuates during the day. If you were to measure it every 30 minutes you would be surprised where it is. Prednisone can increase a person's blood pressure. Have you used it for long? You may consider checking for causes of the BP or finding treatment if it continues to be elevated.
