Antifungal: Ringworm is caused by a fungal infection. I would suggest treating it with an over the counter antifungal cream like lamisil (terbinafine). Us it twice a day until it is gone.

Antifungal: Keep area clean and dry. Avoid sugar (sugar feeds yeast) and if you're a diabetic, keep sugars under control. Grapefruit seed extract or oregano oil can be helpful natural antifungals to use orally or topically. In some cases an oral or topical antifungal medicine might need to be prescribed by your doctor.
