Repeat CBC: If you have fever /symptom you should treated with antibiotic otherwise you should have blood culture and repeat CBC and follow up with your doctor.

Treating what?: Antibiotics are for treatment of a specific infection. You don't just start antibiotics to treat a lab number. Discuss this with the doctor that ordered the test.

Hello, these are my abnormal test results. Everything else within normal range. These are repeat labs. Just Eosinophils have jumped. WBC 3.3 K/uL MCHC 31.8 g/dL Neutrophils (Absolute) 1.66 K/uL Lymphs (Absolute) 0.97 K/uL Eosinophils 12.00 ?
Overall health is good routine dr visit revealed wbc 3.9 Neutrophils 35 Lymphocytes 52 Neut Absolute 1.4. All other labs normal. Concerning?
