Psychotherapy: Sadly, in some places the sky can hold the threat of weapons and if that plays any part in your fear I'm so sorry. But even if there is a rational element in a phobia, it needs to be dealt with to allow optimal life function. I urge you to find a good psychologist to evaluate your needs and offer therapy and medication if needed. Phobias can be relieved through CBT. Be hopeful, but get help. Best!
