Heart rate: When describing too fast, the heart needs to be able to speed up or slow down appropriately. If it does not, then headaches can develop. Other aspects to consider to are the Blood pressure. If it does not go up appropriately or go's up too high, then headaches, and even dizziness can develop. Plus at your age, anemia causing low oxygen transfer to heart, brain, etc..
