Raynaud's syndrome?: Raynaud's syndrome happens in young women. It causes cold intolerance of hands and feet because the cold causes constriction of the blood vessels supplying them. It can be a part of types of arthritis syndromes like sceroderma and fibromyalgia or idiopathic with unknown cause. Treatment is avoiding cold, you can try wool socks, ski boots, ski socks, space heater near your feet at night.
