Tonsil infection: You should see your primary care provider. If it is an bacterial infection it should be treated with antibiotics. That should take care of most tonsil infections.

Tonsilicious!!!: Must have been a pretty bad infection if your tonsil scarred like that.Has your doctor talked to you about this?Scars may cause little crypts that catch food and debris and can cause irritation and bad breath.So gargle 5X/day. As for bacteremia: Guess what? Every time you brush your teeth some bacteria leak into your blood--but if you are healthy,your body cells catch them and have them for dinner
