Fibrotic tonsil need removal of tonsil? otherwise bacteria can enter in blood if we won't remove them ?is it true?

Fibrosis: may be from scarring- unless the tonsil is chronically infected as determined by throat culture, it is not mandatory to remove it; howver if infected or necrotic, it must be addressed and re-examined.
