Possible pregnancy: Although over the counter urine pregnancy tests are accurate within 7 days of conception, I would suggest waiting another week and doing another OTC urine pregnancy test. You may get your normal period in the meantime, or the urine test may turn up positivie by then if you are pregnant. If the test is negative, call your doctor.

If you are worried: If you are concerned that you may be pregnant, you could have your doctor order a blood test. Many of your symptoms are similar to those of pregnancy but it is a bit early for them if you are only two weeks late.

Late period: Make a doctor's appointment or go to urgent care. It can be just premenstrual, pregnancy or rare others.. They can do a blood pregnancy test and/ or sonogram. If you are pregnant the sooner you are cared for, the better outcome. Meanwhile eat healthfully and consider prenatal vitamins. Good luck
