Back to your doctor: Not every problem shows up on routine tests. If the enlarged lymph nodes persist, they must e explained. You need to return to your physician and review your symptoms with him/her. Further studies (or a lymph node biopsy) may provide an answer

Probably not: The aches and pains may well be strain due to activity. If the bumps spread or you start to have other problems, do discuss wit your medical provider.
