I think my manubrium sticks out i'm very skinny and only recently noticed it there's a round feeling bump just below my collar bone and just above the breast right in the middle it's not huge but also not tiny it also feels bone like and immovable?

Bony prominences immediately lateral to the manubrium could be the costochondral joints that attach the ribs to the manubrium. If your finding is definitely new, fixed in position, and even farther lateral to those costochondral joints then see your primary for examination. An x-ray can identify superficial bony findings
