Intercourse...: is the best exercise to help you conceive. Other than that, your normal exercise routine is fine to continue. If you are just planning to start exercising, start slow (walking, light strength training, gentle yoga) and gradually build up your endurance and strength. That advice is the same if you are trying to conceive or not. An exercise you will do consistently is the best.
