Dizziness: Does the dizziness change when you sit up or lie down? When you turn your head from side to side, or when you look up or bend over to pick up something? Have you been able to eat anything? Are the dizziness and vomiting associated with each other? Does anything help you feel better? Vertigo, a head injury, food poisoning, or changes in your abdomen could be the cause of some of these symptoms
