Foley catheter: is indwelling (meaning is inside of urethra and into the bladder). There are also external catheters (sometimes condom catheters or Texas catheters) which is worn over the penis. There are other catheters which are not used for urine, instead are designed to be placed inside blood vessels to provide vascular access for IV fluids, antibiotics, etc.

Foley has balloon: Dr Foley designed his catheter with a balloon which is inflated after it has been passed into the bladder to prevent it falling out. 2-way, i.e. Foleys have main central channel for urinary drainage & 2nd inflation channel for water to fill balloon. 3 way Foley catheters have third channel to instill fluid for continuos bladder irrigation. Other catheters are simply tubes or specialty catheters.
