What kind of damage is occured during traumatic removal of catheter?

There may be none: It depends on how the trauma occurred and over what period of time. There can be bleeding, burning on urination, difficulty urinating. There can be swelling of the urethra . If the urethral lining is damaged there is the possiblility of stricture or narrowing. Most of these things are unusual.
