Should be OK..: It is a categoryb medication and so should be ok..Still, small amount of this medicine is excreted in the milk so baby will be exposed, but should be ok because brief exposure has no real detrimental effect. If you have vaginal infection, a vaginal suppository is an option which has even less/minimal absorption into mom...Thus even less will be in the milk for baby..Good luck.
