Conditional Safety : Flagyl has "conditional" safety during lactation. Meaning safety may depend on the patient, meaning their comorbities, pre-existing diseases, and also upon dose that you are taking. You did not mention why you are on flagyl, as there may be other antibiotics available for you. Talk to your doc to see which antibiotic is safest during breast-feeding.
