Medical Care: The best thing to do is ask the desk clerk or the concierge for information about medical care. A quick look on the internet shows a couple of hospitals there. Likely the resort has some tylenol (acetaminophen) he can take and decongestants until morning. If you feel he needs to go to the hospital then ask the hotel personal for help.
