Monitor temp: The deselex is used to treat an allergic reaction. Use nasal saline drops for congestion and monitor his temperature. Provide fluids and please follow up with your pediatrician. He may have an allergic reaction, upper respiratory infection or other illness, including COVID 19. Discontinue the deselex if it is not relieving his congestion. Avoid common allergens such as dust,mold, pollen and smoke.
