A member asked:

No insurance. i'm a chef, i was tasting some lentils and i think i may have inhaled one, not sure. nothing coughed up or dis comfort. thanks?

Coughing?: If you truly inhaled a lentil - it would set off a cough reflex that you'd notice. It wouldn't necessarily cause discomfort, but if you're still coughing - i would see someone. Foreign bodies in the lungs can cause inflammation and infection. If you're uninsured, try a federally qualified health center, county clinic, or county hospital - they usually offer care on a sliding scale basis.
