A : A foreign body (plastic) in the lung could be serious. You should have this looked at.

It : It would be a good idea to get a chest x-ray to see if a foreign object can be identified. With what i can gather from your limited history, i would recommend an evaluation by a physician. I understand that cost is an issue, so i would recommend an urgent care facility that does x-rays on site. It is a much cheaper alternative that a hospital er.
