Alternative OCP use: If you skipped the last 3 active pills then your bleeding will start 3 days earlier. Are you trying to conceive? If you are not start your new pill pack three days earlier. If you are, then maximize the likelihood of being successful. Use protection until your natural period, take vitamins, eat well, exercise and try the cycle after your first native cycle.

Very likely: Hi, when you skip pills (more than 2) then Ovulation might happen and therefore the pregnancy risk is high.
