My girlfriend was 3 days from predicted ovulation when the condom broke inside after i came. less than 3 minutes later she took plan b. she's been more dry ever since she took it. is she pregnant or did the plan b make her skip ovulation day?

It should work but the effectiveness is less than 90%. It means there is still more than 10% she may get pregnant if she ovulated on time. Unfortunately, plan B may change the timing of period this month. So if she is late, she may not be pregnant but period could be delayed due to plan B. Then urine pregnancy test should be done to rule out pregnancy if she misses period for more than 5 days.
