Ok: Your symptoms are not specific for one definitive condition, and you need to be seen and evaluated asap by a dr. to start a diagnostic work up on why you are confused, etc. Confusion can be form a viral infection, to underlying chemical imbalances, to stress, to having a type of stroke, so as stated it is important you get in to see the Dr asap. best wishes.

Confusion: I don't know your age or other underlying medical conditions. See a mental health professional to rule out a psychiatric disorder. This may be related to anxiety or something more serious. Your back pain may be just a muscle strain and unrelated.
