That would be a slow: trajectory of head growth, which reflects brain growth. Review growth curve for his corrected age, not chronological age, with his pediatrician. Subtract his gestational age at birth in weeks from 40 weeks. Subtract the difference from his current chronological age in weeks.Slow velocity of head growth warrants both medical evaluation & a developmental assessment by an Early Intervention Program.
