Many possibilities: Do you have a fever? Any diarrhea? How long is this going on? How is your appetite? Any prior abdominal surgeries? These are some important questions. Appendicitis is the one diagnosis you don't wont the doctor to miss, it can be a surgical emergency. If you are having fever, nausea, vomiting, decreased appetite I would recommend seeing physician ASAP
