Diarrhea: Take your 13 month old to a pediatrician immediately and have him evaluated appropriately and treated. If necessary go to an urgent care center or an ER. You are risking your baby's health and life by not taking care of this now. Hope he is better soon.

Probably a virus: The cause of indigestion after a bout of diarrhea in small children, which is generally caused by viruses, is secondary lactose intolerance and damage to intestinal lining, called mucosa which helps in absorption of food, Get him checked at his pediatrician to see if he has lost weight and other testing that may be indicated. In the meantime try yogurt and other probiotic to imp. digestive flora.
