I cant digest chickpeas, even chickpea flour, and beans. it causes stomach ache and diarrhea. and i have chronic bloating. what to do?

Avoidance: I would certainly avoid any foods that increase the pain and diarrhea. Use substitutes for the chickpeas and beans. The chronic bloating may take a while to resolve after you remove these from your diet. You can take some probiotics on a daily basis to help with the gas.
