I stop taking lisinopil due to it was making me really dizzy. i been off it for a week and about 3 days ago i been having loose stools. is it frm it?

Possibly: Diarrhea is as common a side effect as dizziness so depending upon the nature of thebowel movements & assuming you don't have vomiting, high fevers, foul smelling mvmts, etc. then, I'd say there's are better than average odds it's a side effect. Stay well hydrated, eat a more bulk in your diet (fiber, salads, etc.) and methinks you'll start getting back to normal soon. Let your doc know the scoop

Loose stools: One of the side effects of lisinopril is diarrhea but that being said it could be from other causes as well (i.e. Change in diet, contaminated food, recent travel, etc) since you have stopped the medication. If your diarrhea lasts more than 7-10 days or if you have other symptoms (fever, rash, etc) this may be something more and would call for evaluation by your doctor.
