itchy throat every night then asthma attacks, what medicine should i take? should i take antihistamine? a cough medicine?

Medical evaluation: This certainly sounds like alleriy induced asthma- I would not advise self mediciation since you should get allergy testing and pulmonry function testing: most OTC mediciations will NOT help in these circumstances. Call for a medical appointment ASAP.

Can be: Can be allergy but a yellow mucus is not very typical. Would check fever and if no fever give can wait a little. Stay away form possible allergen.
