You've asked this : Before and received answers. The 13 number is not a correct number. No one has a systolic of 13. The diastolic of 95 is high but it is a single reading. Is it consistently high? Check with your doctor for assessment for possible hypertension. You also say you are obese. That definitely increases your hypertension risks.

A little high: I am assuming you mean systolic of 130, not 13. A systolic of 130 is normal for most people but there are some conditions where we would like it a bit lower. Diastolic blood pressure should definitely be below 90 and 80 would be even better. A single measurement of a high blood pressure is not concerning but if the diastolic stays high you should see MD. Also avoid salt, caffeine and alcohol.
