Tell surgeon: I doubt that this would be a reason to postpone your surgery as you still have a week to stay off the garlic, but you need to check with your surgeon and let them decide.

It's ok.: It shouldn't cause any harm. However, avoid consuming anymore garlic because it can increase you risk of bleeding during surgery.
