A member asked:

How is light sensitivity due to lack of sleep (non-intentionaly) treated? especially when i will go to canada (-6h). :) thanks.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Get sleep...: Take care of the cause and the issue will go away. Lay down to rest in a dark room, avoid caffeine/stimulants that can affect sleep, practice meditation/deep breathing and other relaxation techniques. Consider trial of melatonin before bed. Take care.
