I've been having tightness in my throat like if someone was choking me, and my endocrinologist did an ultrasound and it's fine. could it be allergies?

Possible: Do you have allergies? Itchy watery eyes, runny nose, nasal stuffiness, sneezing? Tightness in the throat can be associated. Take Claritin daily for a week and see if it helps. Other possibilities: acid reflux, globus (anxiety).
