Possibly: Pressure "down there" at 1 month of pregnancy is not a specific symptom. It may not be anything wrong if it is the only one. Usually we are concerned of possible miscarriage (cramping pain and bleeding), tubal pregnancy (bleeding, pain, worsening due to losing blood) etc. Pressure may be related to your bladder, vaginal issues (infection) or even growing uterus. You may need to be checked by md.
