Pkd: Achieving control of your BP is essential. Goal BP is 130/80. You may need more omlesartan or another med added. Avoid salt. Achieve ideal body weight. Do not smoke. The elevated SGPT indicates some liver cysts, most likely. These usually are not harmful.
