Leg spots: rashes, spots, skin lesions, etc. unfortunately can not really be diagnosed over the computer, and are best evaluated by an examination. See the Dr. to get your spots assessed and treated most effectively once diagnosed. Good luck.

Rash: Need more information. Are they blisters or pimples? Do they itch? Have you been outdoors or exposed to insects? are you taking any medication or have you used new soap or detergent or eaten a new food? Hard to say without more info.
