Yes: There will be few test pulmonologist order to diagnose asthma. But, it could be diagnosed clinically as well. I would recommend you to see a doctor.

Pulmonary Function: You can see your physician and they can do pulmonary function tests. You could also see an allergist to see if you have allergies and potentially reactive airway disease which is similar to asthma. Anyways, see your regular physician and ask him that very question.
