Infection & Allergy: It seems like you have developed Allergic reaction to Insect Bite. So topical Antibiotic like Neosporin and Antiallergic medicine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Hydrocortisone can be applied. Get examined by the doctor to make sure you re nor brewing an abscess underneath( Because of pain); in that case you may need Oral AB Rx
